Amy rejoined the firm in January 2022. Amy’s practice focuses on estate administration and fiduciary counseling. She also has extensive experience in estate planning. Amy was an associate with the firm from 2011 to 2013.
When not working at KMS Law Offices, Amy worked at small to mid-sized law firms in the Philadelphia area assisting clients with their estate planning and estate administration needs. Further, she was a Senior Trust Administrator with a local bank and a Vice President and Legal Counsel for the Wealth Planning Department of a local financial company.
In her spare time, Amy volunteers for the “Wills for Heroes Foundation,” an organization dedicated to providing essential legal documents free of charge to our nation’s first responders, including wills, living wills and powers of attorney. Amy also volunteers with the Montgomery County DUI Task Force. She is also the former co-chair of the Education Committee for the Probate & Trust Section of the Philadelphia Bar Association from 2016-2023. Amy is currently serving as Secretary of the Probate & Trust Section of the Philadelphia Bar Association.
Amy earned her B.A. in History from Beaver College in May 1997, now known as Arcadia University, and her J.D. from Temple University James E. Beasley School of Law in May 2004. Originally from Philadelphia, she resides in Montgomery County, where she cares for her mother and re-lives Golden Girls escapades.
