Kelly R. Koscil
Kelly joined KMS Law Offices, LLC in the fall of 2017, and her practice focuses primarily on matters of estate administration as well as estate and gift tax planning and fiduciary counseling.
Prior to joining the firm, she was an associate attorney with a firm in Delaware County specializing in estate planning and administration as well as personal and corporate tax matters and general corporate law representation. Kelly is admitted to practice law in Pennsylvania as well as before the United States Tax Court and the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania.
Kelly is truly passionate about helping her clients work through the difficult time of transition that follows the loss of a loved one. Having had a poor experience with the administration of her grandmother’s estate prior to attending law school, Kelly decided to dedicate her practice to making sure her clients were well respected and cared for.
Kelly earned her B.A. in psychology in January 2004, cum laude, from Immaculata University and her J.D. in 2007 from Widener University School of Law, now known as Widener University Commonwealth Law School.
Originally from Northeastern Pennsylvania, Kelly fell in love with the Chester County area during her time at Immaculata and relocated permanently in 2009. She lives with her husband and their young children in Delaware County.
