Kenneth Pugh


Kenneth Pugh represents clients in multiple practice areas including estate planning and administration, business planning, and tax matters. Ken's estate planning work includes preparation of wills, trusts, and powers of attorney. Additionally, Ken works with clients to help structure their charitable giving to achieve specific tax goals, and also assists clients in responding to Statutory Notice of Deficiency letters from the IRS. 

Ken earned both his J.D. and LL.M. in Taxation from Villanova University’s Charles Widger School of Law, where as a participant in the Villanova Federal Tax Clinic, he actively represented low-income taxpayers in controversies with the IRS. Ken is a member of the Pennsylvania Bar, New Jersey Bar, and the Philadelphia Estate Planning Council. 

Prior to attending law school, Ken graduated with a Bachelor's of Science in Microbiology from Penn State University and performed graduate level coursework in Analytical Chemistry at Rutgers. He worked as a microbiologist for both GlaxoSmithKline and Johnson & Johnson, and as a research biochemist for Siemens Healthcare DX. Ken's scientific endeavors have allowed him to develop the rigorous attention to detail that he now uses to help clients achieve their planning goals.
